1.
Regular cleaning of your deep fat fryer will keep
your oil fresh longer and will stop burned on carbon
and grease from contaminating new oil.

Drain grease from fryer and rinse with warm water
to remove any excess grease, crumbs or loose debris.

3.
Dispose of old oil properly by placing into a designated
disposal container.

4.
Close draining valve and fill fryer with warm water.
Turn on heat.

5.
Add 2 eight ounce scoops of FRYER TUCK to heavily
carbonized unit. For lighter cleaning, one scoop is
effective.

6.
Bring the solution to a slow rolling boil for twenty
minutes.
|
7.
Whisk away loosened carbon and deposits. Turn off
heat.
|
8.
Drain solution from unit and pour down drain. Special
enzymes ensure grease breakdown. Safe for pipes, grease
traps, sewers, and septic systems.

9.
Rinse with clear water, or for best results, flush
with a mild acid (vinegar) solution to neutralize.
Towel dry. Refill with fresh cooking oil.
