Product Use
Use
Fryer Tuck as your first step to better tasting fried foods.
Regular cleaning of your deep fryer will help keep your
oil fresh longer, and will stop burned on carbon and greases
from contaminating new oil. Fryer Tuck is specially formulated
with a blend of wetting agents, water conditioners, and
high alkaline chemicals to remove heavy stubborn grease.
Instructions:

Drain
grease from fryer and remove any loose debris. Rinse out
any excess grease with warm water.

Fill
fryer with warm water, then add 2 eight ounce scoops
of Fryer Tuck to unit. For deep fryers that are not
heavily soiled, as little as 1 scoop is effective.

Bring
the solution to a slow rolling boil for 20 minutes.

Whisk
away loosened carbon and deposits.

Drain
unit and rinse with clear water. Towel
dry.

For
best results, flush fryer with a mild
acid (vinegar) solution to neutralize.
(Recommended to prevent the breakdown
of new oils.)

Tuck Hood Filter Cleaner Product Use
Fryer Tuck
is also an excellent concentrated hood filter cleaner. Formulated
to be all metal safe, Fryer Tuck is safe to use on aluminum
filters. Regular filter cleaning keeps your kitchen cleaner
and safer by ensuring that your hood's oil vapor filters are
working at top efficiency.
Instructions:

Fill
your large 10 - 15 gallon pot, sink or soak tank with hot
water.

Add
3 to 4 eight-ounce scoops of Fryer Tuck to tank.
*Measurement based on 45# (5 gallon) standard unit.

Remove
filters from hood area.

Place
filters flat in sink or soak tank.

Allow
to sit in solution overnight (or at least
5-6 hours) to completely dissolve all grease
from filters.

Remove
filters, rinse with hot water.
