Kitchen Personnel Test Procedures

Thank you for taking the time to test the most innovative kitchen cleaning system in today's foodservice industry - FRYER TUCK.

Fryer Tuck has multiple applications:

  1. As a fryer cleaner- add 1 scoop (8 ounces) for every 35-40 Ibs. of shortening (5 gallons) removed from fryer cavity, i.e. 400 pound fryer you would add approximately 10 scoops.
  2. As a hood filter soaking solution - fill sink with warm to hot water (120-130 degrees.) Do not over fill 2 inches above filter. Add 1 scoop for every 10 gallons of water. Allow to soak 2-3 hours.
  3. As a presoak soaking solution for pots, pans, trays and utensils - fill with warm to hot water (120-130 degrees.) Do not overfill 2 inches above largest item. Add 1 scoop for every 10 gallons of water. Allow to soak 40-60 minutes before washing.
  4. As a drain and grease trap maintainer- add 1 scoop of Fryer Tuck directly into drain followed by 2-3 gallons of warm to hot water (120 -
    130 degrees.)
